So har to decide but I am going with the Ritual Body Oil! I set an intention as I use the wonderful oil to love myself. As I gently massage the skin I give thanks for each and every part. I say thinks like, “Thank you for these strong and beautiful legs. Thank you for the hands that connect to this body."

WHAT INSPIRED ME TO BE A YOGI

A former teacher encouraged me to sign up for teacher training in hindsight she was simply attempting to fill the training. However, I am forever grateful. It seems to me that something was watching over me, because I have always been a yogi.

FAVOURITE THING ABOUT MY VIEWERS

My favourite thing is when I see a student connect with something I have shared. Its’ like a moment that “they” feel less alone and perhaps even understood.
